Instead of a traditional New Year’s drinks gathering with alcohol, we invite you to a warm and connecting evening with cacao, music, and movement. This New Year’s Gathering takes place after New Year’s Eve and offers a gentle, embodied way to land into the new year once the rush of the holidays has settled.

We begin with cacao — a soft, heart-warming alternative to champagne — followed by light breathwork and meditation to help you arrive in your body and step consciously into the year ahead. Nothing intense, simply a moment to pause, breathe, and arrive.

From there, we let the body lead.
